While you're busy in the kitchen, each family will be invited one by one to Father Christmas’ cozy study. Yes! With our Adult + Baby Ticket, you can bring a baby under 12 months to meet Father Christmas for their first Christmas experience. Please note that this ticket does not include a gift or activity and must be purchased with a fully priced child ticket. It’s a wonderful way to create magical memories with your little one!

We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth and timely experience for everyone. If you're late, we can still welcome you, but please note that your time in the grotto will be shortened to keep things on schedule. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes! Each family is taken out individually to have a private moment with Father Christmas in his study. After your meeting, you'll return to the kitchen to continue the activities.

Yes, you're welcome to take your own photos throughout the experience. However, we also have professional photographers capturing special moments with Santa, and you'll have the option to purchase these photos in the Grotto Gift shop at the end.

We offer bespoke experiences for private and corporate events, including fun activities like Candy Cane Cocktail making sessions with Mrs. Santa and even the chance to receive your Christmas bonus directly from Santa himself! Yes! We have a special SENS session on Sunday, 8th December at 9am. While we’ll have the same number of guests, this dedicated time is designed to be calmer and more relaxed, with extra care taken to reduce noise and overstimulation. It’s perfect for children with special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring a magical and comfortable grotto experience. Book your visit on our website – we can't wait to welcome you!

While our grotto units do not have space for mobility scooters inside, we warmly welcome guests to bring wheelchairs. You can enjoy the experience from outside the unit, under the cover of a canopy, with a warm faux fur throw to keep cosy. Our friendly elves will ensure you don’t miss a moment of the magic!
